Newsletters and bulletins are a popular way to communicate current information periodically to a set of recipients, whether they are company colleagues, special interest group members, or your university club / society mailing list subscribers. Here we present a range of templates, which include options for image headers, and one, two or three column layouts.

Memo Template
Memo Template
Looking elegant and professional, this simple memo template is perfect for communicating either internally within an organization or with outside partners. Using the texMemo package created by Rob Oakes, this template supports all of the standard LaTeX article features in addition to providing some commands specifically designed for a memo or short note. These include commands for the memo recipient (\memoto), sender (\memofrom), Subject (\memosubject), and Date (\memodate). You can also add a logo to your document using the \logo command, and the logo can be an image, text, or any combination of the two. Simply click the button above to create a new memo today, which can be written and shared online directly from Overleaf.

Handout design inspired by Edward Tufte
Edward Tufte is a pioneer in the field of data visualization, and his works inspired the creation of two LaTeX classes for books and handouts. Here we present the excellent sample handout produced by the The Tufte-LaTeX Developers pre-loaded into Overleaf (formerly writeLaTeX) for you to use as a starting point for your own work. Simply click on the button above to use Overleaf to create and edit your handout - there's nothing to install and no sign up required. When you're finished, why not use our integrated publish to figshare option to publish your work freely online. Click here if you'd like to try the corresponding Tufte book design on Overleaf. PS: If you're new to LaTeX, our free online LaTeX course covers all the steps you need to get you started.

Newspaper/news letter template
This template is based on the newspaper package, with some modifications to make styling the headlines and bylines a bit easier. Inspired by the New York Times, it can also be used for creating newsletters (it was why the package was created in the first place!)

Un periódico
La presente plantilla sirve para "vaciar" una nota periodística en español y darle un formato mas formal que el de copiar y pegar desde un sitio web . Bastante útil porque no está basada en el paquete de costumbre y solo utiliza los comandos mas sencillos.
