Templates — Recent

This document is a supplement to the general instructions for NAACL-HLT 2021 authors. It contains instructions for using the LaTeX style files for the conference. The document itself conforms to its own specifications, and is therefore an example of what your manuscript should look like. These instructions should be used both for papers submitted for review and for final versions of accepted papers.

This template is adapted from the previous template I wrote in 2017: University of Nottingham Thesis and Dissertation Template The current one includes more sample scripts in Chapter 4 Main Chapter, demonstrating the use of figures, tables, lists (for Research Questions and Hypotheses, etc.), equations, and PDF appendix in the Appendices chapter. This one is specifically shaped for a PhD thesis submission. Please double check with your faculty's thesis submission guideline.

A template to help you create your own custom tracker printout for 100 days challenge. But it can also be customized for shorter challenges, such as 30 or 21 days challenges. The main features are a big overview for the complete challenge which you can colour in according to how much of it you've already done. There is a little goal overview because from my own experience, for a long challenges, it makes sense to have sub-goals or maybe also define rewards. Then there are smaller trackers including space for you to note down what you acutally did (like how much time was spent, on what dates in case you don't do it daily, what you did, etc.) and what you have learned. Because I have realized that it can feel pretty meaningless if you only Tweet because Tweets get lost and looking back, you might want to review what you even did and what you learned as a takeaway. ACM has transitioned to a new authoring template. This new TeX template consolidates the previous eight individual ACM journal and proceedings templates. The templates are updated to the latest software versions, developed to enable accessibility features, and they use a new font set. The new LaTeX package incorporates updated versions of the following ACM templates: ACM Journals: ACM Small, ACM Large, ACM and TOG (also for SIGGRAPH authors publishing in TOG) ACM proceedings templates: ACM Standard and SIGPLAN All journals use acmsmall with the following exceptions: acmlarge - Large single column format, used for IMWUT, JOCCH, PACMPL, POMACS, TAP, PACMHCI acmtog - Large double column format, used for TOG Note: Most proceedings authors will use the "sigconf" proceedings template. If you are unsure which template variant to use, please request clarification from your event or publication contact. Note: A single column version is required for submission and peer review. This can be done by changing the \documentclass[...]{acmart} in this template to \documentclass[manuscript,screen]{acmart}. Before using the 2017 ACM consolidated proceedings template, we strongly suggest that you read the TeX User Guide. Authors who plan to use their own packages should read the longer Implementation Guide. It is important to provide the proper indexing information from the ACM Computing Classification System (CCS). Accurate semantic tagging provides a reader with quick content reference; facilitates the DL search for related literature; enables several DL topic functions such as aggregated SIG and journal coverage areas; and helps ACM promote your work in other online resources. Once your conference proceedings submission is ready, you can use the “Submit to ACM” button at the top of the Overleaf editor bar to quickly download your files. Please then refer to the submission guidelines in the relevant call-for-papers or on the event website for information on where to submit.
